Die Position

Provide tiered technical and application support for our Portfolio Management System and integrated modules (order management, portfolio analytics, risk, reconciliation, client reporting, data feeds). You’ll diagnose complex issues across market data, instruments, portfolios, jobs/schedulers, and interfaces, ensuring high system availability and reliable front‑office, middle‑office, and client‑facing operations.

Ihr Profil

Domain

  • Hands-on experience with Assetmax or similar PMS/OMS.
  • Knowledge of custodian interfaces and reconciliation processes.
  • Familiarity with Swiss wealth management workflows and regulatory requirements.

Soft Skills

  • Clear communication with front-office, middle-office, product management, consultant and IT teams.
  • Structured problem-solving and documentation discipline.
  • Ability to work under time pressure during market hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years in technical support for PMS/OMS systems.
  • English required; Italian required; German a plus.
