Your responsibilities in this role include:
- Undertake the responsibilities of a project manager, facilitating the onboarding of new customers onto our platforms.
- Provide assistance to Infront clients in the implementation and utilization of our Data Manager products.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns related to our products.
- Collaborate closely with various departments (Development, Content, and Operations) to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.
- Occasionally support the sales process by strategically planning and executing new implementations.
- Contribute valuable input to Product Management, playing a key role in enhancing our products and solutions.
