Partnering with senior decision-makers, you will strengthen relationships, increase adoption of Infront’s solutions and deliver sustainable year-on-year revenue growth.
You will develop long-term account strategies, lead commercial discussions and identify opportunities to create additional value across the Infront portfolio. Working closely with Customer Success, Sales and Product teams, you will ensure a seamless customer experience, drive account expansion and represent the customer voice internally.
Your clients will include wealth managers, discretionary and execution-only brokers, investment banks, asset managers, private banks and other financial institutions. You will help them maximise the value of Infront’s financial technology ecosystem, including multi-asset market data, professional terminals, trading capabilities, workflow integrations, EMS/RSP connectivity, and web and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead commercial discussions, including contract renewals, pricing, negotiations, and long-term partnership planning.
- Identify opportunities to expand client adoption by understanding customers' business objectives and aligning them with the right solutions across the Infront portfolio.
Introduce and collaborate with Sales Specialists to position additional products, capabilities, and services that create value for clients and support revenue growth. - Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes while maintaining high levels of satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
- Act as the commercial lead across Customer Success, Product, and Sales Specialist teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience and a coordinated approach to account growth.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally by sharing strategic market insights, customer feedback, and emerging requirements to help influence future product innovation.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving client priorities to identify new opportunities for account growth and strategic expansion.
- Maintain strategic account plans, revenue forecasts, and a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities across your customer portfolio.
You are a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives on developing long-term partnerships and identifying growth opportunities. With strong business acumen and a passion for financial markets and technology, you build credibility with both business and technical stakeholders and are comfortable engaging with senior executives and leading strategic commercial discussions.
You are a strong match for this role if you:

- Have a proven track record of managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts in financial services, building trusted relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
- Have experience with contract renewals, commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and account growth.
- Understand market data and terminal solutions, multi-asset classes—including equities, fixed income, FX and derivatives—trading workflows, financial technology ecosystems, and front-, middle- and back-office processes.
