2026-800 - Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d)

<b>Vertragsart : </b>1 = Vollzeit - unbefristet<br />
<b>Beschreibung der Stelle : </b><br />
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our Madrid team and play a key role in building and shaping our Revenue Operations function. This newly created role will unify sales, marketing, and customer success operations, driving stronger alignment and a more effective commercial model.

Reporting to the CRO, you will act as a strategic partner, defining the vision and roadmap while owning the commercial operating model. You will establish scalable processes, governance, and data foundations to improve sales effectiveness, capture demand, and ensure revenue activities are structured, measurable, and consistently executed across regions.

As our Revenue Operations Manager, you will:
Own the RevOps roadmap, setting quarterly priorities tied to commercial outcomes and managing the team’s output against them.
Act as business owner of the full commercial technology stack - not as an administrator, but as the person who defines what it should reflect and why. Salesforce is the system of record; you set the standard for what gets added, changed, or removed.
Set a clear vision for how AI can drive productivity, insight, and data quality across the revenue process. Evaluate tools and integrations against that standard.
Standardise and enforce core revenue processes across lead-to-cash, renewal and expansion motion.
Own pipeline governance and forecasting methodology across new business, expansion, and renewal motions.
Implement and maintain structured inspection cadences — weekly pipeline review, monthly forecast, quarterly territory planning — and make them stick.
Give the CRO and commercial leadership reliable revenue visibility without manual consolidation, with particular focus on NRR and renewal forecasting.
Build and govern the core reporting suite: pipeline health, conversion, forecast, revenue performance, and NRR. Operationalise the capture and usage of key SaaS metrics.
Own the commercial reporting layer for Board and ExCo, produced on schedule and consistently.
Translate data into commercial insights
Partner with the CRO on the annual planning cycle: territory design, quota allocation, headcount planning, and segmentation.
Operationalise the annual plan.
Support coverage model design and resource allocation decisions with analytical rigour.
Partner with the CRO to design and administer compensation structures that drive the desired commercial outcomes.
Draw Marketing Ops and Sales Ops into a coordinated RevOps approach. Set shared standards and own the function’s collective priorities.
Define success metrics for RevOps and report against them<br /><br />
You are a commercial operator first. You understand how revenue is generated across new logo, renewal and expansion not just how it is measured. You have built things from scratch, improved processes that were broken, and influenced senior stakeholders without relying on hierarchy to do it.

You bring:
Proven experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a directly related GTM function in B2B SaaS or financial data.
A track record of building or significantly improving forecasting, pipeline governance, and sales management cadence in a scaling business.
Genuine cross-functional credibility across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance, and the ability to influence at CRO and CFO level.
Experience with multi-region commercial operations. Infront spans eight European markets with meaningfully different working cultures, languages, and regulatory contexts.
Advanced CRM proficiency, ideally Salesforce, with a strong understanding of system capabilities, the broader RevTech ecosystem, and how AI tools are reshaping both.
Experience driving adoption of both tools and process
Experience implementing MEDDIC or an equivalent structured methodology is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical capability across SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, win rates, churn. Comfortable with Power BI.
A willingness to challenge the status quo and to challenge leadership assumptions where the data or the process warrants it. The CRO wants a critical friend, not someone who rubber-stamps decisions.

Our offer
Health & wellness: Benefit from wellbeing initiatives tailored to local needs, including access to an employee assistance programme that provides confidential support to employees and their families.
Holiday: Enjoy competitive holiday entitlement aligned with local markets, so you can rest and recharge.
Remote work: Enjoy the opportunity to work two days a week from home, with flexible working hours where possible. You may also request to work up to four weeks per year from a different location.
Learning & development: Support your career progression with access to learning resources, ongoing conversations with your manager, and opportunities to share the knowledge you gain with your team.
Culture & impact: Be part of an international team with a startup mindset and play a key role in making a meaningful impact.
Our offices: Work from Europe’s leading financial centres and be at the heart of where finance happens.

This role sits at the centre of how our commercial organisation operates, ensuring that systems, processes, and data are aligned to support effective execution across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships.

Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, you will act as the operational backbone of the function, taking ownership of Salesforce and leading a small team responsible for systems and data delivery, providing guidance, oversight, and clear prioritisation of work. You will ensure that agreed revenue processes are clearly translated into scalable, well-structured system design, working closely with Revenue Operations leadership to support process design, improve system architecture, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our commercial operating model.

You will own how the revenue process is supported by systems and tools end-to-end, from lead through to renewal, ensuring that process improvements are continuously refined and quickly reflected in the systems that support them.
